Listen to the spoken sentences that use words with short vowel sounds, and then write them.

You can listen to the sentence as many times as you need either by rewinding or pausing the video and asking someone else to say the sentence to you.  It can take a long time to build up a memory of spoken words, so please do not be concerned about needing to listen several times.

The punctuation that is needed for each sentence will be discussed as the sentence is demonstrated. 

Additional activities are suggested at the end of the film.  Use these activities to add different ways of practising your reading and writing or typing.
