Multi sensory activities
You are here: Consonant Digraphs > _ck > Multi sensory activities

Most children learn better when they use as many of their senses as possible e.g seeing, saying , hearing and touching. Learning this way can help children store words in their memory.

Feeling the letters as you make them is very tactile and multi sensory.  If you have an old baking tray at home you can use lots of different things for your letter patterns e.g salt, flour, oats etc.

Any old wool or string lying around? Kianos got into a bit of a muddle making his ck!
