Writing sentences with words that use both long and short vowel sounds.

You can listen to the sentence as many times as you need either by rewinding or pausing the video and  ask someone else to say the sentence to you.  It can take a long time to build up a memory for spoken words, so please do not be concerned about needing to listen several times.  

The punctuation that is needed for each sentence will be discussed as the sentence is demonstrated.

There are also additional ideas as ways of continuing to practise the words you have been learning.  You could read them or ask someone else to read them to you as an additional dictation exercise.
