This activity uses your ability to listen to the first sound in a word.  You then write that letter, and listen for the next word to write the next letter.  The words we will be writing are: as, no, is, so.  

This strategy for the words where we have something extra to remember is also called a mnemonic.  Choose the strategy that suits you best, or use both.
