Work along with the video, or learn how to do these activities with someone else speaking the words to you.

When you feel that you need a break, take a note of the time on the video by clicking the mouse on the red dot, or tapping it on the screen.  You will then know exactly where you can restart.  You may also decide to just do one screen, or page of words, at a time.

Take your time.  Accuracy needs to come before speed.
