Work along with the video on words that include choices for consonants, and vowel sounds.  

Words from Writing Words 1 are included at the beginning of the film for you to read.  Please note that this is a longer video and you may prefer to stop occasionally.  Take a note of the time when you pause the film, so you will know where to restart.

Use writing, or typing to practice your words again.  You can also read the words to someone else and ask them to write them.

Once you have the first written set of letters, and the choices, from watching the film, you can go over these letter-sound links again and again by asking someone else to say the sounds to you.  Maybe you woud like to use a keyboard as a different way of practising.  Remember - an automatic response to the sounds frees up brain space for the words you want to write.
