This activity explores why we need to consider the vowel letters that follow the letter ‘c’: ‘ce’, ‘ci’ and ‘cy’.  We will also look into creative strategies to help us remember which letters to write in some commonly used words.  A spelling story is also used as a reminder of when to use the letter ‘k’ and when to use ‘c’.
