We use pictures in the Check Up routines to remind us of the reasons for making a spelling choice.  We will be including a gradually increasing number of choices for consonants, long vowel sounds and new vowel sounds.

Can you write the letters before they appear on the screen?  Can you look at letters and say the sounds before you hear them?
