Work along with the video which explores a regular ending for words with more than one syllable. One of the words includes an unusual spelling. Will it need a ‘spelling language’?
When you feel that you need a break, take a note of the time on the video by clicking the mouse on the red dot, or tapping it on the screen. You will then know exactly where you can restart.
Then, listen to the spoken sentences that use words with long and short vowel sounds, and then write them. You may prefer to write just one sentence, or paragraph, and take a note of the time. This will let you know exactly where to go in the film to start the next sentence.
